A couple of weeks ago we shared a map of the what $500K gets you across San Francisco. We mapped homes that were between $475K and $550K and came up with 17 perfectly good properties for your viewing pleasure. This time around we picked $699K as our range, and found 13 homes across San Francisco that were between $685K and $699K. There were a few properties that were a bit above $699K, but they were either tenancies in common or short sales, two types of listings we didn't want to include on our map. Below, a map of what $699K gets you across San Francisco.

What $699K Gets You Across San Francisco

#303 at 1415 Indiana, Dogpatch
Designed by award-winning architect David Baker in 2000, this building offers up industrial chicness for a live/work environment. This 1-bed, 2-bath, 1,507 square foot loft in the 18-unit building is asking $699,500. Property highlights include a den that could double as a guest bedroom and laundry in the unit. Monthly HOA dues are $507 and there's 1-car parking in the garage. It's been on the market 102 days.
35 Germania, Lower Haight
While the listing states that this 2-bed, 1-bath, 875 square foot condo is located in Hayes Valley, we're mapping it in the Lower Haight because it's on a short street between Webster and Fillmore and Waller and Hermann. This is the upper unit in a 2-unit Victorian. It's asking $699,000. Monthly HOA dues are $267 and there's 1-car parking. It's been on the market 5 days.
222 Monticello, Merced Heights
For $699,000 you can get a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,288 square foot single-family home in Merced Heights. The split level home recently underwent a remodel to bring it up to today's modern standards. Property highlights include a wood burning fireplace and nicely landscaped rear backyard. It's been on the market 12 days.
#1204 at 300 Berry, South Beach
For $699,000 you can have a 1-bed, 1-bath, 851 square foot unit at the Arterra, a LEED-Silver building built in 2009. Condo highlights include in-unit laundry and a den that could double as a guest bedroom. Building amenities include view roof deck with BBQ area, fitness center, community room, and 24/7 attended lobby. Monthly HOA dues are $458 and there's 1-car parking in the garage. This unit's been on the market 5 days.
143 Skyview, Midtown Terrace
Built in 1957 and looking every bit the part (in a very fabulous way), this 2-bed, 1-bath single-family home is asking $699,000. Property highlights include a full basement and Sutro as your neighbor. It's been on the market 12 days.
421 Carl, Ashbury Heights
This is a 2-bed, 2-bath, 937 square foot condo that's asking $699,000. Monthly HOA dues are $205 and there's 1-car parking in the garage. Property highlights include spiral staircase to bottom bedroom/bathroom (which has its own entrance) and a large storage space. It's been on the market 62 days.
155 Farnum, Glen Park
This is a bright and sunny 2-bed, 1-bath, 923 square foot single-family home asking $698,000. It's been on the market 13 days. We're swooning over the vintage kitchen. The listing's unclear but something's unwarranted in the property.
2118 46th Avenue, Outer Parkside
This is a 2-bed, 2-bath, 1,566 square foot single-family home near Ocean Beach. It's asking $699,000. The lower level has an unwarranted in-law unit and a 1-car garage. It's been on the market 6 days.
775 Myra, Miraloma Park
This is a charming 3-bed, 2-bath, single-family home. We're especially loving all the natural light, specifically in the kitchen. The backyard's not too shabby either. Asking price is $699,000. It's been on the market 26 days.

It's asking $699,888, although it was originally listed 14 days ago for $749,888.
#502 at 723 Taylor, Tendernob
This is being advertised as a 2-bed, 1-bath unit, but we're going to have to disagree since one of the "bedrooms" is actually just a den with a sheet of glass separating it from the living room. The unit's asking $685,000 and has been on the market 14 days. Monthly HOA dues are $389 and there's no mention of parking.
866 28th Avenue, Central Richmond
For $699,000 you can get a 3-bed, 2-bath, 1,870 square foot single-family home just half a block from Golden Gate Park. This unit's a bit tricky, as the main level has two bedrooms and 1 bathroom and is tenant occupied at $2,128 per month. There's a legal 1-bed, 1-bath unit on the lower level that's vacant. It's been on the market 135 days.
