Times are tough out there for a rental seeker, so we thought it best to wade through Craigslist this week so you don't have to. Each day this week (we missed Wednesday, sorry!), we'll be handpicking select apartments that are up for grabs within a certain price range.

Today's the last of Curbed's annual Renters Week, but we have a feeling this won't be the last time you see us mapping the best apartments in San Francisco within a certain price range. Today we looked at every apartment that wants between $2,600 and $3,000 to bring you the very best that Craigslist has to offer. Onwards!

One bedroom - $2,850

This is a 700 square foot Mission Dolores apartment in a two-unit building. The owners live upstairs, and seem pretty chill. They have two dogs, cats, and rabbits in the backyard, so your pets are welcome. There's also the very unusual "smoking's okay!' policy. No mention of parking, but there is laundry in the unit. Are you the quiet type? Avoid this place. "Upstairs, we run a startup and thus maintain irregular hours. If church mouse silence by 9 p.m. every night is important to you, then this isn't the right place for you to live."

Two bedroom cottage - $2,675

Now's your chance to scoop up an impossibly adorable cottage in Noe Valley. Sure, it's tiny, but you could make it work, right? It's a standalone cottage with a private deck admits a lovely garden. Hey-o! A single-family home in the Outer Sunset! There's a large flat backyard (mostly cement) and there's laundry on site. While parking isn't included (we suspect the lower level is being rented to someone else), there's plenty of street parking around those parts. There's a no smoking and no pets policy.

Studio - $2,795

Yes, dear readers, there are studios going for $2,795 per month. That said, this particular one is quite nice. It used to be a one bedroom apartment but it's been restructured into a very large open area studio. It has its own wood deck and patio and private access to the backyard. On site laundry but no pets allowed. There's no mention of parking.

One bedroom loft - $2,987

This is our first loft to make the list all week. It's 710 square feet and has 1.5 bathrooms. There's laundry in the unit. Everything is new. Pets welcome. No mention of parking.
