The Ten Least Expensive Properties for Sale on Russian Hill

View as Map

The last time we checked in with the ten least expensive properties for sale on Russian Hill was back in early August of 2012. The least expensive was a loft asking $599K and the most expensive was a 3-bedroom home designed by Stanley Saitowitz asking $6.98M. This time around everything's more expensive. The cheapest on the list is 1-bedroom TIC asking $749,000, and the most expensive is a single-family home asking $7,950,000. Russian Hill boundaries are to the right (click the map for a larger view). Let's get this party started!
