Last week we showed you the ten most expensive residences for sale in San Francisco. This week we headed west to the Outer Sunset to see if we could find some more reasonably priced abodes. Inventory's healthy, and there are some gems for under $700K. Unfortunately none of these properties qualify for our prestigious Under 500K Club, but that's mostly because they're single-family homes and not condos. Per real estate agent standards, Outer Sunset boundaries are Golden Gate Park to Sloat Boulevard and Sunset Boulevard to the ocean. Let's get this party started.

The Ten Least Expensive Properties for Sale in the Outer Sunset

2BR Condo
Asking price: $549K
Size: 2-bed, 1-bath condo
Price per square foot: Unavailable
The skinny: This is a condo in a 2-unit building. Monthly HOA dues are a low $203 and there's 2-car parking in the garage. There's a wood burning fireplace in the living room and a shared garden in the backyard. Laundry included.
2BR TIC
Asking price: $570K
Size: 2-bed, 1.5-bath TIC
Price per square foot: Unavailable
The skinny: This is a tenancy in common in a 2-unit building. The buying process for tenancies in common is different from condo or town home sales, so consult your realtor before falling in love with the place. It has a wood burning fireplace. HOA fees aren't listed but there's 1-car parking in the garage. Only cats, no dogs.
2BR Single-Family Home
Asking price: $599K
Size: 2-bed, 1-bath, 903 sq. ft.
Price per square foot: $663
The skinny: The listing tells us that there's "expansion potential" on the 3000 square foot lot. No interior photos are shown, but we subject that's intentional because the listing also says "bring your contractor, architect and interior designer and back it back to life."
3BR Single-Family Home
Asking price: $604,250
Size: 3-bed, 1-bath, 1,214 sq. ft.

2BR Single-Family Home
Asking price: $605K
Size: 2-bed, 1.5-bath, 1,000 sq. ft.
Price per square foot: $605

2BR Single-Family Home
Asking price: $650K
Size: 2-bed, 1-bath, 1,170 sq. ft.
Price per square foot: $556
The skinny: There's no interior photos but the listing mentions the location and the potential, so we're assuming this is a fixer-upper.
