The skinny: This is a fixer with an inlaw. It's not clear how many of the bedrooms are in the main home or the inlaw. By the way, the inlaw is occupied by tenants. "This property has 3 total bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The layout needs to be re-imagined for more functionality. It will need a lot of work but could be a really great property," says Davis Pernstein of Redfin.
