It's been roughly six months since we checked in to see what the ten least expensive properties for sale in SoMa looked like. The last time around the most expensive spot on the list went to a 1-bedroom asking $599K (it sold for asking), and the cheapest was a 1-bedroom TIC asking $299K (it also sold for asking). This time properties are a bit more expensive. The most expensive listing is a 2-bedroom asking $708k and the cheapest is a 1-bedroom asking $509K. Boundaries are above and a map is after the jump.
