The Ten Least Expensive Properties for Sale in SoMa

View as Map

It's been eight months since we last checked in to see what SoMa's cheapest residential real estate was. The last time around least expensive listing was a 1-bed condo that was listed for $509K and sold for $530K, but not before its price was increased to $529K. The most expensive on the list was a 2-bed, 2-bath condo that was asking $708K, and it sold for $720K. Now the cheapest slice of SoMa goes to a 350-square-foot studio that's a tenancy in common, which is listed at $299K, and the most expensive is 2-bedroom condo asking $975K. Let's get this party started!
