Back in March we showed you the ten least expensive properties for sale in Noe Valley. The last time around the cheapest piece of property was a 2-bed, 1-bath TIC asking $499K, which sold for asking. The most expensive was a 2-bed, 2-bath condo asking $995K, and it sold for $1.16M. This time around the least expensive listing again is a 1-bed, 1-bath TIC, but it's $449K, making it the latest member of our fabulous Under 500K Club. The most expensive is a 4-bedroom TIC property that's asking $1.225M. Boundaries are above and are set by the realtors. Let's get this party started.
