Pacific Heights, whose span is defined by brokers as Van Ness to Presidio Boulevard and Union to California Street, is classically known as one of San Francisco's most expensive neighborhoods. Indeed, of the 27 homes currently for sale, 7 of them are listed for $10 million or above. But on the other end of the spectrum, the 10 least expensive homes in the neighborhood are under $2 million, and of those 10, half are under $900K. With the price comes (decent) size - there are two 3-bedrooms on the list, and only two 1-bedrooms. The other eight are 2-bedrooms. So read on, for your guide to the least expensive properties in this very expensive neighborhood.
