It sold for $420K. The most expensive on the list was a 4-bed, 3.75-bath, 3,786 sq. ft. condo that was asking $1,739,000. It sold for $1,700,000. This time around inventory's so low that we can't list the ten least expensive properties for sale in the neighborhood, so instead we're mapping five.
