It's been too long since we've profiled the ten most expensive one-bedroom homes for sale in San Francisco. The last time around, the least expensive on the list was a swanky condo at The Washington in Pacific Heights. The brand new unit was asking $835,000, and it sold for $832,500. The most expensive unit was #702 at the Clay-Jones building high atop Nob Hill. It was asking $1,785,000, and sold for $1,765,000. This time around we have some pretty pricey abodes, but the "cheapest" is $699,000. The most expensive one-bedroom home is a condo located on one of Nob Hill's most exclusive blocks. It's asking a mind-numbing $4,495,000. It's also (arguably) San Francisco's shiniest apartment. Below, a map detailing the ten most expensive one-bedroom homes currently for sale.
