Mapping the Ten Least Expensive Properties for Sale in Noe Valley

View as Map

Every six months we revisit Noe Valley to see what the ten least expensive properties for sale are. The last time around the cheapest piece of property was a TIC asking $459K, and the most expensive was a 3-bedroom single-family home asking $998K. This time around the cheapest is a TIC in the same building as last time, but it's asking $499K. Still, that makes it the newest member of our fabulous Under 500K Club. The most expensive is a 2-bedroom condo asking $995K. Let's get this party started!
