The last time around the cheapest piece of property was a TIC asking $459K, and the most expensive was a 3-bedroom single-family home asking $998K. This time around the cheapest is a TIC in the same building as last time, but it's asking $499K. Still, that makes it the newest member of our fabulous Under 500K Club. The most expensive is a 2-bedroom condo asking $995K. Let's get this party started!
