San Francisco's home to some pretty pricey residential real estate. It's becoming more and more common for a two-bedroom condo in a decent enough neighborhood to sell for well over one million dollars, and the elusive under $500K property has become harder and harder to find. But what about the insane world of $1M+ one bedroom condos? They exist, and they're selling like hotcakes. Most are industrial chic lofts, and almost all are in the SoMa area, which came as a surprise since San Francisco's historically pricier neighborhoods like Pacific Heights and Russian Hill were left out of the party. Below, a map of one bedroom condos that have sold for over $1M in the year 2014 alone.
