This week the Top Ten joins the Under $500K Club as we search the city high and low for the least expensive properties on the market. We excluded senior living, anything labeled below market rate, and this 1-bed, 1-bath, 605-square-foot single-family teardown in the Bayview, which is so forlorn that there isn't even brokerbabble ("Cheapest cottage in the Bayview" was about all they could muster). There are some short sales in the mix, along with one death on the property ("Potential," deadpans the babble), and, as you'd expect, some microhomes. Cubix makes an appearance with a teensy 243-square-foot studio, as does this self-storage locker in Crocker Amazon. We told you it'd be cheap—we didn't promise it would be pretty!
