Hotshot tech companies with offices located in San Francisco will be opening their doors to the general public this Friday by participating in OpenCoSF, which is one part conference and one part festival. Tech companies like Airbnb, Google, Zynga and Twitter will be hosting open houses for residents, entrepreneurs and anyone who's interested in getting to know the companies who are hosting. In a piece published by the Chronicle, John Batelle, owner of BattelleMedia said:

"Everybody who lives in San Francisco, works in San Francisco or spends a fair amount of time here is well aware there's a burgeoning innovation economy that is gathering a pretty significant head of steam," Battelle said. "I think there's a curiosity as to: what's that all about, who are these people, what are their ideas and what does it look and feel like? This is a really good way to answer those questions."And here at Curbed, we're here to show you which offices you must visit because they've got cool, hip and swanky interiors. Registration is required, so don't assume you can just show up at Google's office on the Embarcadero and take a ride down their slide (yes, there's a slide you can use instead of stairs). Below, a map of our favorites.

Airbnb, the website that allows homeowners to rent out rooms or even their whole home to travelers, will open its Potrero Hill doors to the public to talk technology and tour the 25,000-square-foot headquarters. The interiors were designed by Michael Garcia and Farid Tamjidi of Garcia-Tamjidi.

In May of this year Airbnb announced that it had signed a 10-year lease for the historic 888 Brannan building. The companies plans to move in February of next year. [Image via Office Snapshots]

While not nearly as large as its Mountain View headquarters, Google's San Francisco office still embodies the same design principles as the others around the globe: a lot of fun, to the point where there's a slide in the building. Yes, it's true. Google's SF office has a slide you can use in lieu of stairs.

Twitter, Inc.

Twitter's Mid-Market office was one of the most anticipated openings of the year. The 215,000 sq. ft. space features a yoga room, and a rooftop deck where employees can catch some rays or do some gardening. The space was designed by two San Francisco firms, Lundberg Design and IA Interior Architects. [Photo via Wired]

Zynga's CEO Mark Pincus used Willy Wonka's chocolate factory as inspiration for designing the company's new HQ in SoMa. Headquarter highlights include an in-office Blue Bottle Coffee cafe and an always-free gaming arcade. The space is 556,000 sq. ft. and is six floors, with an atrium space spanning through the middle. We're totally digging the open floorplan of the Federated Media Publishing headquarters; they're slick. A little bit of info on the company:

Federated Media Publishing believes that the Independent Web is comprised of online properties that are not owned and operated by large media companies or major service platforms, rather they are driven by voice and a point of view.

The Melt

The Melt's mission is to make people happy with their gooey grilled cheese and heart-warming soups. We're sure the interiors are delightful and that the company will have great things to say, but we really just want an excuse to eat one of their delicious grilled cheese sandwiches.

If One Kings Lane's San Francisco office, which is housed in the same building as Twitter, is anything like its New York office, you'll be in for a gorgeous treat featuring signature elephant spottings and a plethora of furniture from the site.

TCHO is a San Francisco-based craft chocolate manufacturer obsessed with creating amazing chocolate. Do you need more of a reason to visit it this Friday?

Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group

To be frank, which we always are, we haven't seen what the interiors of Kimpton Hotel & Restaurant Group's San Francisco office are like. That said, we're quite familiar with the company's hotel and restaurant projects, all of which are swanky and luxurious. We're making a safe bet that the company's office is the same.

Adobe is the global leader in digital marketing and digital media solutions, but you probably know the company as the one that's constantly asking you to update your browser's Flash. Adobe's also responsible for hits like Photoshop and Dreamweaver. Adobe's HQ is in San Jose, but it's San Francisco office is gigantic and takes up nearly half a block. [Photo via Zimbio]
