In SF’s continuing tradition of tony towers with multiple penthouses, the Ritz-Carlton Residences offers more than one top-floor pad to appease wealthy homebuyers.

Like this one, which sold in 2018 for $5.95 million.

Or this one, which recently landed on the market for a jaw-hinging $9.9 million. (Perfect for one of San Francisco’s gaggle of billionaires.)

Featuring four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, 3,595 square feet spread across two levels, unit 2401 is the “result of a collaboration of experienced Italian designers, builders, and craftsmen all brought in from Italy along with the materials,” according to the realtor’s listing. It comes with a floating staircase, dining room, library/office, and parking for two vehicles in the garage.

The aesthetic is clearly contemporary, with an abundance of mirrored materials throughout the pad, ranging from entire walls to kitchen cabinets. There’s also a staggered glass wall in the master bedroom. And the master bathroom has a tub next to a window—a bathroom window—a rare treat in any new SF high-rise.

HOAs are $3,718 per month. The listing is through Gregg Lynn of Sotheby’s International Realty.
