Unapologetically contemporary Pac Heights home asks $19M

Featuring four bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, and an ample 6,050 square feet, the new home at 2833 Vallejo in Pacific Heights is just waiting for one of the city’s impending IPO-backed millionaires to snap it up.

The look here is clearly contemporary with a minimalist vibe, the aesthetic choice popular among tech sect members. Other home elements hoping to woo said buyers: wall-mounted iPads on each level, 11 Nest thermostats, Sonos audio system, and DoorBird video doorbell system.

There are also touches of design flair scattered here and there. The Tom Dixon pendant lights pair nicely with the web-like Moooi chandelier by Marcel Wanders. And the white facade made primarily of glass, design by local architect team Edmonds and Lee, sets it apart from its more muted neighbors.

Also of note, the entire home reaches five floors (accessible by elevator, of course), including a rooftop deck with views of the bay.
