OMA-designed Avery offers condos by Clodagh Design and Restoration Hardware

The East Cut presently hosts numerous in-the-works residential towers of the tony variety. The most recently completed one, the Avery, now comes with a handful of units designed by a couple of big names in the interiors game.

The Avery, conceived by Pritzker Prize-winning Rem Koolhaas’ OMA, will offer condos designed by Clodagh Design and Restoration Hardware.

Restoration Hardware helped create two models: a 1,652 square-foot, two-bedroom residence and a 961-square-foot, one-bedroom residence, each one with brass and metallic accents, as well as “a calming palette of soft airy whites layered with rich earthen hues and warm atmospheric grays,” according to the press release.

Clodagh Design dreamed up the look inside a 1,934-square-foot, three-bedroom home, which comes with textures walls, Italian Michelangelo marble kitchen counters, bathroom walls clad in marble tiling, and wide plank oak flooring. The look was reportedly influenced by the principles of feng shui.

The Clodagh three-bedroom asks $4.1 million, the Restoration Hardware two-bedroom plus den seeks $3.15 million, and the one-bedroom by Restoration Hardware wants $1.785 million.

The 56-story, 618-foot-tall sculpted glass tower, which will open in June, offers 118 condominiums in total for buyers with cash to burn.

Aforementioned designer-tinged units aside, available residences at the Avery are priced from the high $1 millions for one-bedrooms, high $2 millions for two-bedrooms, and high $3 millions for three-bedrooms. Rentals will be priced starting from $3,550 for studios, $4,595 for one-bedrooms, and $6,650 for two-bedrooms.

And for one of the city’s gaggle of billionaires who want the top-drawer life, the Avery also features a $41 million penthouse with private rooftop deck.
