Circa-1896 Belvedere Queen Anne Victorian asks $2.89M

Comes with views of Angel Island

This pre-quake home, sitting hillside in the tony town of Belvedere, comes with views of Angel Island and Tiburon. It also seems like a comparative bargain at $2,895,000, at least compared to the cost of, say, a much smaller two-bedroom apartment at 181 Fremont (which almost goes for double) and other luxury downtown SF high-rises. Imagine that.

Featuring three beds, three baths, and 3,210 square feet, 460 Bella Vista Avenue bears some of its original details, Crown moldings, ceiling medallions, and the detailed exterior are still here.

Newer additions include renovated kitchen and bathrooms, wine room, separate guest suite. The lookout deck provides views of the bay and the octagon windows inside the turret’s room are a delight.

One of the finer historical specimens in Belvedere. The listing is being handled by Adam Gavzer of Compass.
