While we’re used to seeing Spanish Mediterranean homes land on the market in San Francisco, we’re not accustomed to seeing ones still equipped with their original tile work and cabinetry, which is what sets this Inner Sunset gem apart.

Coming in at three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and approximately 1,500 square feet, 1556 Eighth Avenue features hardwood floors, archways, crown molding, breakfast nook, central patio (drool), and stained glass.

But the period highlight here is the intact tile in the bathroom—along with an inset shower—and the kitchen. A rare treat considering that so many of these types of details are torn out in favor of contemporary, antiseptic renovations. Fingers crossed that such a remodel doesn’t befall this beauty.

Asking is $1,295,000.
