Boxy three-story treasure atop Stanyan, which landed on the market in February for $3,695,000, was designed by award-winning architect Mark Brand.

“Built into an up-sloping site, retaining walls allowed us to create a bi-level rear yard with the lower part at the main living level and an elevated upper deck with views of San Francisco,” noted the architect.

However, one thing that this home wasn’t able to create was parking space. Alas. But that didn’t matter too much for one buyer who snatched up the property for a whopping $3,535,000, according to SocketSite.

Kudos to the lucky buyer(s). May your Lyft bill be as pain-free as possible.
