What a difference nine months make

This circa-1927 home in the Marina has seen a lot. Now it’s seeing a major renovation with an equally major asking price. Less than one year after being sold, it’s now asking almost double its previous sale price.

Featuring four beds, three baths, and 2,895 square feet, 3621 Scott is now contemporary to the hilt, from the revamped foyer to a newly constructed roof deck. Highlights here include a new kitchen, baths, and staircase. The facade has been left intact; otherwise, this flip is sure to snatch a pretty penny from the freshly moneyed set all too eager to buy.

Sold in July 2017 for $2,450,000, it returns to the market asking $4,475,000.
