Located around the corner from Billionaires Row, this renovated gem last landed on the market in 2011, selling for $3.6 million. Why, that’s downright affordable in these heady days. Today’s it’s asking for more than double. Naturally.

Featuring three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and 3,526 square feet (“per graphic artist; to be independently verified by buyer,” notes the listing), 2811 Vallejo is a confection for anyone with an eye toward contemporary. The Mediterranean-style facade hides a renovated home boasting such newfangled accents as three stories of glass floor elevator landings, up-to-date kitchen and baths, and an elevator reaching each floor.

Also of note, the home comes with quite the publishing pedigree; it was featured in Interiors Magazine in 2017 and Architectural Digest in 1982.

Asking is $8,350,000.
