It’s never too early in the week to start thinking about the weekend or, if your company just went public, retirement. To get started, take a peek at this Sea Ranch gem, designed by Northern California architecture icon William Turnbull.

Featuring four beds, three baths, and 2,183 square feet, 336 Pipers Reach Road comes with many of the elements adored inside the Sea Ranch community: soaring ceilings, knotted wood paneling dominating the interior, picture windows framing the Pacific, and open-spaces.

Though the utopian community along the Sonoma Coast was built in the 1960s, this house, christened Pipers Reach, was constructed in 1983 with an expansion oversaw by Turnbull in the 1990s.

What’s ore, the seaside abode had pedigree to spare. According to them house’s listing agent, Hanne Liisberg of the Coastal Real Estate Company, says, “The house won Sea Ranch Awards twice—in 1985 for the original construction and again in 1994 for the remodel/addition which Turnbull actively participated in.”

It also comes with a guest house and jacuzzi. And for added privacy (in an already remoate, private community), the property is fenced in. Bliss.

Asking is $2.2 million.
