Not so fast, Pacific Heights

In a refreshing twist, the house selected for this year’s San Francisco Decorator Showcase—the annual design event wherein some of the west coast’s best design firms, given their own space inside a lavish abode, conceive interior-design magic—isn’t high up on a hill in one of the city’s more tony neighborhoods. This year it will be located across from the Marina Green.

The 1930s Spanish-Mediterranean features six beds, five and a half baths, and roughly 5,420 square feet.

Curbed SF featured 465 Marina Boulevard last year, cooing over the staircase, beamed ceilings, and picture windows. It remain on the market, asking $8.9 million. But after playing host to the Decorator Showcase, it should most certainly get snapped up.

San Francisco Decorator Showcase runs April 28 – May 28, 2018. For the uninitiated, check out 2017, 2016, and 2015 showcases.
