Conceived by Ogrydziak/Prillinger Architects at the top of Noe Valley, the perpendicular T-House just set a record as the highest priced home sold in the neighborhood.

Under the tutelage of realtor Steve Wu, 526 Duncan sold for $12,500,000.

This major sale comes on the heels of another big sale: 80 Laidley, which set a Glen Park record in May after it scored over $5 million.

Exterior of home in Noe Valley, lots of wood.
