Hidden above a Lower Pacific Heights store, a contemporary home noted for a series of stacked cantilevered shipping containers, recently owned by Jeff Wardell (principal of Design Firm Wardell+Sagan Project) and Claudia Sagan (a former VP of real estate for Williams-Sonoma), landed the market in March for $4.9 million.

Quite the asking price, right? Well, this sleek abode scored way above its initial offering.
