Back in 2015, this charming yet worn down circa-1907 Victorian in Glen Park sold for $1.28 million. After a complete overhaul erasing any hints of its past, it’s now asking for more than double that price.

The new design at 221 Chenery is contemporary all the way—open-floor concept, post-less pocketing doors, white interiors galore. The new concrete fireplace and steel spiral staircase are modern touches sure to delight those with an eye on the future.

However, those who adore period touches like wainscoting and crown moldings might want to avert their eyes.

Featuring three beds and two baths, asking is $2,595,000.
