Oh, and the sale was all-cash too

After only two weeks on the market, the circa-1935 Spanish Mediterranean at 1531 25th Avenue received 18 offers, realtor Jason Chan tells Curbed SF. Out of those offers, the lucky winner went to the second highest bidder, and all-cash and non-contingent fortunate soul.

Initial asking was $995,000. Final sale was $1,550,000.

In other words, the market is still bonkers and bidding wars are, alas, de rigueur.

The two-level home featured arched doorways, parquet hardwood floors, three beds, two baths, and a yard replete with apple, pear, lemon, and fig trees.
