Indeed, we do enjoy a good drone video, and today’s flick is especially noteworthy. Let’s take a look, shall we?
Today’s offering comes from YouTube user Mingomatic, and it offers a smattering of something for everyone.
The opening shot, an evening one, is from the bay hovering into the Ferry Building, with overhead views of the Embarcadero and the Bay Lights. The city’s Financial District is next; when seen from the sky, the Transamerica Pyramid (now overshadowed by you know who) offers a new perspective, this time a close-up shot of its blinking red tip.
Our aerial tour of SF shifts to the Chinatown’s dragon gate, where the red lanterns along Grant look like a series of connect the dots. Then it’s over to AT&T Park, home of the San Francisco Giants, where time-lapse provides a cool look at the workers below.
The journey ends on a sunny day along the Golden Gate Bridge, ending at the other side of the city.
