Landing on the market in July of 2016 for a cool $11,988,000, the cutting-edge abode at 25755 Carado Court was a sight to behold for many a contemporary fan. Clean lines. Open-floor plan. Floor to ceiling windows. Minimalism galore.
It looked like something you had to order from Apple. (“Has all the charm of a dentist office,” beamed one Curbed SF commenter.)
Well, after pruning its asking down to $11 million in September, it finally sold though nowhere near that price.
According to SocketSite, the tony home “has just sold for $9.75 million or roughly $1,285 per square foot.”
Either the price was too high or home prices are dipping. Probably a little bit of both.
Featuring five beds, seven and a half baths, and approximately 7,580 square feet, the 2016 construction comes with two master suites, an indoor spa with sauna/steam shower, gym room, wine cellar, living rooftop, infinity edge pool, and more.
