$4.1 million Noe Valley Victorian undergoes dramatic renovation

Circa 1900 home hides a surprise behind meticulous facade

The serene neighborhood of Noe Valley has played host to numerous stark Victorian renovations over the last few years. For example. Today another Vic hits the market, one that has undergone the contractor’s pen.

Featuring four stories, four beds, five and a half baths, and 3,816 square feet, 4316 25th Street has done away with any semblance of its circa 1900 past, save for the facade.

While the home’s front exterior maintains its exquisite detailing, except for the addition of a whimsical new garage, the interiors tells a different tale: new blonde oak floors, Italian marble counter tops du jour, a new curved staircase with glass walling, and more.

Prior to its recent renovation, the house sold for $3,800,000 in 2015. Less than two years later, it returns with a new look and new price tag—$4,199,000.
