Rincon Hill condo comes with walk-out balcony and views of downtown

Billed as being “located in San Francisco's social media tech hub,” which is debatable but not far-fetched, the Harrison high-rise in Rincon Hill has been making a name for itself as of late. First, a slew of penthouses (again, a debatable moniker) went up for grabs in October. Now, a perfectly pretty condo lands on the market for a pretty penny.

Featuring two beds, two baths, and 1,311 square feet, unit 24B comes with Siberian oak wood floors, walk-out balcony, chef's kitchen, and cityscape views.

Like many contemporary condos in the neighborhood, it doesn’t come with the unicorn of San Francisco high-rise real estate: a bathroom window. No matter, this sleek pad is a standout compared to similar nearby Rincon Hill dwellings.

HOAs are $1,259/month. Asking is $1,825,000.
