A 9,800-square-foot home sitting on more than 23 acres of redwoods in Woodside will sell to the highest bidder at auction when it goes up for auction in December.

Located at 17900 Skyline Boulevard, the property will sell without reserve. It was initially on the market for $9.5 million, but failed to find a buyer.

The circa-2014 house comes with six beds and seven and a half baths, featuring 22-foot ceilings and French doors that lead to a balcony, a six-car garage that, according to a press release, is “capable of storing limousines.”

And it’s in desperate need of a designer with big, beautiful ideas. Fast.

The 23-plus acres also offer engineering that provides “maximum security from both earthquakes and intruders.”

Auction happens on December 14. Good luck, moneybags.
