Brimming with high-tech amenities and wood accents, this new home, which took four years in the making, lands on the market with a hefty price tag.

Featuring five beds, six baths, and roughly 5,320 square feet, 143 Laidley boasts three levels, all of it secluded behind a cedar fence along a street famous for its tech neighbors; three Apple executives and one Pandora bigwig all live on the same block.

Inside the look is ultra-contemporary to the hilt: white decor, open floor plans, natural light galore, glass-sided staircase. But one noteworthy difference here is the prominent use of wood. From the ceiling in the living room to the window and door casings, it’s refreshing to see some variation, however slight, in a new home.

(The majority of tech-industry buyers are, ironically, infamous for eschewing innovative and bold designs when it comes to homes, hence the saturation of ho-hum contemporary constructions in the Bay Area.)

Also of note, the realtors have placed this abode inside somewhere called Laidley Heights, a new and fraudulent neighborhood. But make no mistake—this stunner in firmly in Glen Park territory.

Asking is $10,000,000.
