Eureka Valley home sells for $358K over asking

Originally built in 1900, a detailed Victorian in Eureka Valley found a buyer this week, closing at $358,000 over asking.

While the facade maintains some of its former character, the revamped interior tells a different story—newfangled white oak floors, a rooftop deck that will have you clutching your pearls, Carrera marble bathrooms, reconfigured floor plan, and a brightness that goes to 11.

The 3D marble mosaic in the master bathroom shower is especially eye-catching, as is the final sale price, which settled at a cool 4,998,000 (around $1,741 per square foot).
