Pacific Heights home hides a surprise behind stately facade

1922 Edwardian receives makeover, asks $6,745,000

From the outside, the house at 2440 Scott looks graceful yet tepid like many of the tony Pac Heights mansion nearby. But once inside the 1922 house, you will see a contemporary interior care of designer Douglas Boggs.

The new floor plan is an open one like many a modern redesign. The home features four bedrooms, three and a half baths, and 4,392 square feet.

Of note are the new wine room, a swoon-worthy roof deck, and the knowledge of living in one of the city’s priciest neighborhoods.

Last sold in 2005 for $3,750,000, today it returns to the market asking $6,745,000.
