Oakland tiny house, with its own small studio, drops asking to $389,000

Little home looking for buyer shaves off small chunk of change

Back in August, this tiny Oakland house, which comes with its own studio, landed on the market for $400,000. Not too shabby, right? Well, it still has yet to find a buyer. And now the seller has now reduced the asking by a cool $11,000.

All combined, the square footage at 2682 Parker comes to a total of 1,298 square feet, which doesn't seem small except for the fact that they're two separate units.

The main house at front comes with two beds and one bath.

The back studio, which appears to have been a regular ol’ shed in its former incarnation, features one bath and a full kitchen.

According to Zillow, the median home value in the neighborhood is $542,100, which makes this tiny place’s asking, now at $389,000, a decently sized deal.
