WeWork, who have the dominated the shared workspace industry to the tune of a $16 billion valuation, opened their latest honeycomb of offices in San Francisco, this time in the city’s Financial District at 600 California.

Details:

WeWork’s offices are located on the 11th-15th floors (omitting 13th, of course), coming in at 75,000 square feet. Rates range from $450/month for a desk to $980/month for a one-person office. The largest office available can hold up to 61 people.

Local art dominated much of the decor.

The decor, full of local flare and millennial-enticing accents, is designed by their in-house team. Amenities include full kitchen, peanut butter and jelly sandwich happy hours, shuffleboard, craft beer on tap, an snacks galore, and more.

While the offices are tightly-knit and cozy—to say the least—the views are some of the best in the city. Astounding, really. Coit Tower, Chinatown, and the bay are all visible from the offices. And the floor to ceilings windows create a much roomier and expansive feel on most of the floors.

WeWork’s offices, which finished opening at the start of August, are already up to 60-percent filled. Patrons include a variety of people from writers and coding types to local publications and budding fashion brand Argent.

WeWork’s new space can be found at 600 California. They also have locations at 156 2nd Street, 535 Mission, 25 Taylor (upstairs from the Golden Gate Theater!), 995 Market, and 1161 Mission.
