Shockingly Economical Lower Nob Hill Studio Asks Only $449,000

Who says there’s nothing available in San Francisco under $500,000?

This studio inside the Lambourne landed on the market today for a scant $449,000 asking. Topping off at a teensy 366 square feet, this small living space at 725 Pine doesn’t come with a full kitchen.

But what it lacks in full-size galley it more than makes up for in laundry access. Note the washer-dryer combo in the bathroom, snuggled up right next to the shower.

Close to Union Square, the FiDi, and the swanky Ritz-Carlton San Francisco, this place is best suited for those who care more about location than amenities and/or ample elbow room.

But the best part about this studio home? Aside from its prized Lower Nob Hill/downtown location, it’s also in the same building as your Curbed SF editor’s favorite San Francisco corner store, J&W Market. (This step-down basement market not only carries comparatively cheap organic supplies, but its curbside appeal is downright adorable. Why, just look at it.)
