Contemporary Corner Unit at St. Regis Residences Asks $2.9 Million

Some people yearn for the Victorian lifestyle, while others crave to call a sleek high-rise home—latter group, this one's for you.

A unit has opened up at the St. Regis San Francisco Residences in Yerba Buena. Part five-star hotel/part residences, the building is a standout in the neighborhood, located next door to SFMOMA.

As for the unit itself, #30B features two bedrooms, two and a half baths, and 1,742 square feet. It's also a corner unit on northwest side of the building, provided ample views of downtown San Francisco. (Personally, we think a southern exposure is overrated.)

The kitchen has been updated and, per the norm at chic high-rises these days, the bathroom comes loaded with glorious marble throughout. Alas, the bathroom does not come with a window, that oh-so elusive unicorn of the downtown high-rise.

Granted, the decor could use some work, but what a great contemporary canvas with which to work it is. (And for those of you who have always wanted to know what the jagged-topped penthouse looks like, wonder no more.)

What's more, if you live at the St. Regis, you live at the St. Regis. Which is to say you get five-star residence amenities include concierge, butler/doorman, outdoor terrace access, 24/7 in-room dining and catering, access to the jacuzzi, indoor pool, fitness center, and a very cool lobby bar.

HOAs run $2,325. Asking price is $2,995,000.
