Minimalist, super sleek abode could be yours

A condo at Yerba Buena Lofts, designed by San Francisco starchitect Stanley Saitowitz and his firm, Natoma Architects, has hit the market this week.

Located inside the exceptionally large residential building at 855 Folsom, the lifestyle here is sheer minimalist and sleek contemporary inside and out. This particular million dollar-plus condo features two bedrooms, two baths, and a very snug 1,095 square feet.

Some of the current interior could (and should) be changed. The carpet in the bedroom in particular can be ripped out for something chicer. After all, it's a Saitowitz and should be aesthetically treated as such.

Yerba Buena Lofts are also located near the upcoming Central Subway station, a possible Virgin Hotel, Whole Foods, several good restaurants, and more.

This Saitowitz lands on the market for $1,250,000. HOA due run $562.60, which includes water, garbage, insurance, maintenance, and door person.
