Spanish-Style Ingleside Home Pours on Curb Appeal, Asks $1.35 Million

New, 2 comments

Not just a window into the period, but a row of them.

Take the exterior: Nothing beats the curb appeal of those Mediterranean windows lined up underneath the tile roof on 640 Victoria Street.

This three-bed, one-bath, 1,300-square-foot Ingleside Terraces listing circa 1926 even throws in an additional arched window set into the front door, plus an irregular fan window in the entryway. The parquet in the living room, engraved tile on the old fireplace, and coved ceiling in the dining room aren't half bad, either.

The house last sold for $850,000 in 2011, and prior to that it had been off the market since 1968. A modest remodel (bathroom, kitchen, plumbing, and windows) was done in 2013, which included restructuring the yard to scale back on drought-unfriendly lawn space in favor of pavers.
