"Donald Trump's Bay Area appearance" aren't word we ever thought we would have to type regarding the infamously conservative GOP presidential frontrunner. But here we are, folks.
This afternoon, protesters are blocking streets where his motorcade is supposed to pass. The former reality show celebrity turned potential leader plans to speak in Burlingame at noon at the San Francisco Airport Hyatt Regency where the Republican convention is underway. Expect major delays.
According to Occupy Oakland, "outbound traffic on Bayshore is blocked, as protesters continue to arrive and spill into the street,"
Protesters have already broken through a barricade, chanting "Mr Hate, leave our state."
