Even SFMOMA's New Bathrooms Are Amazing

Such drama

We are just weeks away from the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art's grand reopening on May 14. Are you excited? You should be. The museum's expansion, designed by Norwegian architecture firm Snøhetta, adds a noticeable and sleek new 235,000 square feet to the modern art museum. This renovation is one of the most important stories in San Francisco of 2016.

And their new bathrooms aren't half bad either.

So dramatic. Check it out:

But wait, there's more:

Bathrooms at new SF Moma need a trigger warning. Also this is all red paint floor to ceiling not just lighting

And the men's urinals seems to be bathed in a lovely shade of purple:

Be sure to check back with Curbed SF all week for more previews of SFMOMA's upcoming grand reopening.
