We've got the first word on the pricing at the Ken Fulk-designed condos at The Harrison. (The building itself, we should point out, was created by SCB Architects.) The 49-story high-rise atop Rincon Hill will offer buyers four floorplans for one-bedroom units and four floorplans for two-bedroom units.
The one-bedroom units start at $1 million, while two-bedroom units begin at $1,75 million. Ta-da!
The building's famed creative director, Ken Fulk, selected signature touches that include diagonal-planed wood floors, gray cabinetry with polished white slab Carrara marble countertops, custom brass and casted-glass wall sconces, and brass fixtures in the bathrooms. Just to name a few.
Most exclusive of all, the high-rise will feature a residents-only lounge on the top floor called Uncle Harry's, boasting views of the entire bay. Better than just kicking on on the couch after work, yes? Yes.
Sales are now underway. Check out some images of what's inside.
