We can't tell if this gentleman, who attempted to scale the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art's facade on Monday, is part of an extreme Crossfit group, trying to get a sneak peak at the museum's wildly anticipated renovation, or in need of professional help. What we can tell you is: Do not attempt to do this yourself.
On Monday, Yerba Buena Center for the Arts, SFMOMA's neighbor, captured footage of the miscreant in action. Curbed SF contacted SFPD who had no reports of any trespassing arrests in the area.
Again, do not attempt to do the same thing. Please wait until May 14 for the grand reopening to check out the museum. For a legal adrenaline rush, check out this rappelling SFMOMA worker as he installs a massive Calder mobile.
