Exclusive: The Harrison Launches Sales on April 1 (No Fooling)

New, 2 comments

Bills itself as offering an "unprecedented" level of luxury

The Harrison, the new luxury residential tower at 401 Harrison Street on Rincon Hill by Maximus Real Estate Partners, is set to start selling on April 1 by appointment only.

The hype around the 49-story building has been building — it's billed as having a "new level of service" in San Francisco, featuring a grand salon entry, a private club for residents called Uncle Harry's, a view lounge, and The Harrison Attaché concierge service (a title that implies your every need will be taken care of). A doorman and valet parking are a given in buildings like this.

Ken Fulk is the building's designer and creative director, and he's responsible for design high notes like Studio Becker cabinetry, Carrara marble countertops, "custom brass and cast-glass wall sconces, and other designer finishes. Fulk, who is known around the country for staging memorable events and who serves as the creative director for the private club The Battery, will likely bring his brand of excitement to the building. As he says in press release: "I strived to create an experience that feels like a life well lived. That by living at The Harrison, you have the keys to the best of the city."

The Mark Company is handling sales and marketing for the building. As of yet, no prices or photos have been revealed.
