24-Hour-Fitness Founder Lists Tahoe Home for $35M

No surprise it has a gym — as well as a swimming pool and a golf course

If you thought 24-Hour Fitness founder Mark Mastrov would have a home gym in his Lake Tahoe home, you'd be right. And with a swimming pool inside, a practice golf course on the grounds, and the slopes nearby, a good workout is assured.

Mastrov is selling the Glenbrook, Nevada home, and the asking price is $35 million. Trinkie Watson, the listing agent, told the San Francisco Business Times that Mastrov (who is also co-owner of the Sacramento Kings) doesn't spend as much time at the 13,686-square-foot house now that his children are older, and decided it's time to sell.

She told an SFBT reporter that the property itself has more to it than a sizable house. Watson said that there are three houses on the lot, with entitlements for an additional home or a tennis court.

But there's already a lot there. The main home, called The Pines, was built in 1998 and it's done in classic Tahoe style (heavy wood beams, lots of stone). The 3,000-square-foot guesthouse follows the same aesthetic direction.

But given the lake-side location, it may be hard to pay attention to the inside. The water views are stunning.
