South Beach Condo Offers Buyers Giants' Season Tickets

Last winter, a Cow Hollow condo on Van Ness Avenue with no parking made headlines for offering up a year of unlimited Uber rides to buyers. It sold in just a few weeks for well over its asking price. Now, the same selling agent, Rick Kaluza, is offering up a South Beach condo near AT&T Park that comes with a pair of 2016 season tickets to the San Francisco Giants.

The condo itself is a two-bedroom that spans two floors and comes with plank flooring from a retired Kentucky grain mill and lots of high-end fixtures. It sits in The Towers and has access to an outdoor pool and spa, a gym, and a 24-hour doorman. There is also parking and deeded storage. So why does the condo need to offer up Giants' tickets? It does have a big $1.595 million ask, up from the $1.03 million it sold for just over two years ago. Plus, those enticed by the tickets will also be excited that they live among neighbors like Mike Krukow, the Giants' announcer, and other coaches and players.
